717 TICKETS & ENTERTAINMENT

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last updated: July 6, 2026. These Terms and Conditions replace all prior versions of this document.

1. Acceptance of Terms

717 Tickets and Entertainment, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), doing business as 717 Tickets & Entertainment, operates the website located at 717tix.com and related services (collectively, the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern all access to and use of the Site by any visitor, customer, or other user (“User,” “you,” or “your”).

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you violate these Terms, the Company may, without prior notice: suspend or terminate your access to the Site; bar you from future use of the Site; cancel any pending order; and/or pursue any other remedy available at law or in equity.

2. Nature of the Marketplace

The Company is a ticket resale marketplace. The Company is not a primary-sale box office and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any performer, artist, sports team, league, venue, or event organizer, unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific listing.

All sales are final. Except as expressly set out in Section 5 (No Refunds or Exchanges), all ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3. Ticket Pricing

Tickets available through the Site are frequently obtained on the secondary market, and prices are set by the individual ticket seller. Accordingly, the price of any ticket may be above or below the face value printed on the ticket. Because tickets are sourced through a network of third-party sellers, the name printed on a ticket may not match the purchaser’s name; this has no effect on the holder’s ability to gain admission to the event.

All displayed prices include applicable service charges and handling fees, as itemized on the order confirmation. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the total price does not necessarily reflect the ticket’s original face value and may be higher or lower than that value.

4. Orders and Fulfillment

Orders placed through the Site are fulfilled either directly by the Company or by a participating third-party ticket seller within the Company’s network (each, a “Ticket Seller”). Contact information relevant to your order will be provided upon completion of checkout. If that information is lost or misplaced, contact the Company at orders@717tix.com to retrieve it.

5. No Refunds or Exchanges

Because tickets are unique, non-replaceable items, purchases are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, except as follows:

Refunds, where applicable, are issued in the currency of the original purchase. The Company is not responsible for any currency conversion charges, including those imposed by your financial institution. The Company does not issue refunds or permit exchanges for tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed after delivery. You are responsible for storing tickets safely and protecting them from damage (for example, exposure to direct sunlight or heat).

  • Postponed or rescheduled events: Your tickets will be honored for the new date. Reissued tickets are generally not required.
  • Cancelled events (no rescheduled date): Contact the Company to request a refund. The Company may require you to return the original tickets, at your expense, as a condition of any refund.

6. Pricing and Payment

Pricing. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Pricing is not confirmed until your order is completed. In the rare event that an item is mispriced, the Company will, at its discretion: honor the original price; contact you with the corrected price and the option to proceed; or cancel the order and notify you.

Schedule of fees. The total amount charged to your payment method includes: (a) the ticket price set by the Ticket Seller; (b) a service fee covering platform operations and customer support; and (c) a delivery fee corresponding to your chosen delivery method. These components are itemized as the order “Total.”

Taxes. Displayed prices do not include state or local taxes. Where applicable, taxes are calculated based on your location and added to your order as a separate line item.

Credit card charges. Your card may be authorized or charged in advance of confirming ticket availability. If tickets ultimately prove unavailable, any authorization will be released, or you will receive a full refund of any amount charged. Questions about charges should be directed to orders@717tix.com.

Debit cards. Additional-security verification (such as CVV or address confirmation) may result in multiple temporary authorization holds on a debit card. Only one transaction will ultimately be settled; however, holds may take several business days to release and may temporarily reduce your available balance.

Disputed charges. You are responsible for any legal fees or costs incurred by you or the Company arising from a disputed charge or chargeback related to your purchase. The Company bears no responsibility for such fees.

7. Event Information and Ticket Availability

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party-supplied event details listed on the Site, including event name, date, time, or venue; such details should be confirmed with the venue or event organizer. Orders are subject to final confirmation and fulfillment by the Ticket Seller or the issuing platform, and listings may represent a general category of available inventory rather than confirmed specific seats until fulfillment is complete.

If the exact tickets ordered are unavailable at the time of processing, the Ticket Seller may substitute seats of equal or greater value at the same price. If no comparable alternative exists, your order will be cancelled, any charge will be refunded in full (or not processed), and you will be notified.

8. Event Changes and Modifications

Live events are inherently subject to change, and the Company does not control the artists, teams, leagues, venues, or promoters responsible for staging them. Accordingly, tickets remain valid and no refund, exchange, or credit will be issued as a result of any of the following, except as expressly provided under Section 5 (No Refunds or Exchanges):

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will be honored for the new date in accordance with Section 5. If an event is cancelled outright with no rescheduled date, the refund procedure described in Section 5 applies. The Company recommends that you confirm event details directly with the venue or event organizer close to the event date, as the Company is not responsible for independently verifying or updating this information on your behalf.

  • A change in the announced date, start time, or duration of an event;
  • A change in performers, participants, teams, opening acts, or set list, including the addition, substitution, or removal of any performer or participant;
  • A change in venue seating configuration, seating chart, or seat location assigned by the venue, provided that tickets of comparable or greater value are honored;
  • Rain delays, weather-related delays, or other in-progress interruptions that do not result in a full cancellation of the event; and
  • Any other change to the event’s format, presentation, or logistics that does not constitute a full cancellation of the event.

9. Ticket Holder Conduct

You agree to comply with all venue rules and policies regarding conduct at any event. If you are ejected from an event for violating venue policy, you are solely responsible for any resulting fines, legal costs, or other expenses. If your conduct causes the Ticket Seller to lose season-ticket or purchase privileges at that venue, you will be liable for all resulting costs and losses, including direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, and punitive damages, and lost profits.

10. Identity Verification

To protect against fraud, the Company may require additional proof of identity for any order, which may include a signed credit card authorization and/or a copy of a government-issued document such as a driver’s license or passport.

11. Delivery

Mobile transfer. All tickets are delivered via mobile transfer through the applicable ticketing platform’s mobile app. Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email with instructions to accept the transfer. You may be required to create an account with the applicable transfer platform and to present the ticket via a smart device (typically as a QR or bar code) for entry at the venue. You are responsible for ensuring the email address provided at checkout is accurate and that you have access to a compatible smart device at the time of the event.

Delayed shipment. Delivery timing depends on ticket availability from the issuing party. Tickets purchased well in advance of an event — including off-season professional sports orders, concerts, and Las Vegas events — may not ship immediately. While most orders ship within three business days of the selected delivery method, this is not a guaranteed delivery date. Order status and any available tracking information can be viewed in your account, or you may contact the Company directly.

Delivery verification. Addresses that cannot support delivery verification (such as P.O. boxes) may require an additional fee. Where applicable, the Company will either contact you regarding the fee before shipping or cancel the order and notify you.

Declined or unaccepted transfers. The Company is not responsible for issues arising from an incorrect email address provided at checkout, and no refund will be issued if you decline a transfer offer or otherwise fail to accept it.

12. Permitted Use of the Site

You may access and view the Site, and retain a single copy of Site pages, solely for your personal, non-commercial use — including reviewing event information and completing purchases. You may not copy, republish, distribute, or otherwise exploit Site content for any other purpose without the Company’s express written authorization.

You may not use any bot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access, search, reserve, or purchase tickets through the Site, or to otherwise interfere with the Site’s operation. You may not upload or transmit any virus, worm, or other harmful code. All Site content and underlying software are the property of the Company and/or its licensors and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

13. Third-Party Links

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites. The Company does not control, and is not responsible for, the content, accuracy, or legality of any linked site, nor does it endorse such sites. Use of any third-party link is at your own risk, and you agree that the Company bears no liability for any resulting damages or losses. To report a problem with a link, contact orders@717tix.com.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photos, video, audio, and software (collectively, “Content”) — is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Other than a single copy retained for personal use, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in civil or criminal liability. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use the Company’s trademarks, service marks, or trade names.

The Company will terminate the access rights of any User confirmed — whether by court order or by the User’s own admission — to have used the Site to infringe copyrighted material, and may suspend access on a good-faith belief that infringement has occurred, consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (see Section 21).

15. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY TICKET SELLER, VENUE, PERFORMER, PROMOTER, ADVERTISER, OR OTHER THIRD PARTY REFERENCED ON OR CONNECTED TO THE SITE.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO ANY USER ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: (A) ANY AMOUNT DUE UNDER AN APPLICABLE COMPANY GUARANTEE; (B) THE TOTAL FEES PAID FOR THE TRANSACTION IN DISPUTE; OR (C) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from a third party due to your use of the Site, including any content you upload or any link you access through the Site.

18. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania for any dispute not subject to arbitration under Section 19.

19. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, including the Optional Rules for Emergency Measures of Protection, and will take place in Pennsylvania.

For claims of $10,000 or less initiated in accordance with the applicable notice requirements, the Company will pay all AAA filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees, unless the arbitrator determines that the claim or requested relief is frivolous or brought for an improper purpose (as measured by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b)), in which case fees will be allocated under standard AAA rules and you agree to reimburse the Company for fees it advanced on your behalf. Claims seeking more than $10,000 are governed by standard AAA fee rules. Arbitration will be conducted based on written submissions or by telephonic hearing, and both parties will participate in selecting the arbitrator. Any arbitration award may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Opting out. If you do not wish to be bound by this arbitration provision, you must notify the Company in writing within thirty (30) days of placing your order. Your notice must include your name, address, order number, and a clear statement that you decline to resolve disputes through arbitration, and must be mailed to the Company’s address listed in Section 25.

Class action waiver. All arbitrations and any court proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action. This waiver is a material and non-severable term of the parties’ agreement to arbitrate. Only a court — not an arbitrator — may determine the validity of this waiver. If the waiver is found unenforceable as to a given proceeding, the agreement to arbitrate will be void as to that proceeding, subject to any right of appeal. Under no circumstances will a class action be arbitrated.

Any claim brought other than in accordance with this Section 19 will be considered improperly filed. If you improperly file a claim and, after written notice from the Company, fail to promptly withdraw it, the Company may recover its attorneys’ fees and costs from you, up to $1,000.

Illinois residents. Pursuant to 815 ILCS 414/1.5(c)(5), complaints involving ticket purchases from Ticket Sellers in Illinois may be resolved through binding AAA arbitration as described above, and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the State of Illinois for such complaints.

20. Force Majeure

The Company will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including fire, flood, earthquake, severe weather, epidemic, explosion, labor dispute, riot, civil unrest, act of a public enemy, cyberattack, war, embargo, or governmental order (collectively, “Force Majeure”). The Company may terminate an affected order with or without notice if performance is prevented by a Force Majeure event.

21. Copyright Infringement Notices (DMCA)

To file a copyright infringement notice under Section 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, please provide the Company’s designated agent with a written notice containing:

Notices should be sent to the Company’s designated agent at the address in Section 25, or by email to orders@717tix.com. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative;
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including its URL;
  • Your contact information;
  • A statement of your good-faith belief that the use in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

22. Account Registration

Certain areas of the Site require registration. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register; the Site is not intended for use by minors. The Company may require valid payment card information to confirm age and reserves the right to terminate access for any User who provides false or misleading registration information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must notify the Company promptly at orders@717tix.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. The Company is not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials, and may terminate any account at its discretion.

23. Privacy

The Company’s collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by its Privacy Policy, available on the Site. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in that policy. The Privacy Policy does not extend to the practices of third parties the Company does not own or control, including third-party advertisers.

You may, at any time, contact the Company at orders@717tix.com or (877) 271-7788 to: opt out of future marketing communications; request the personal information the Company holds about you; correct inaccurate information; request deletion of your information; or raise any privacy-related concern.

24. Third-Party Advertising

The Site may display advertising from third-party vendors, including Google, which may use cookies or similar technologies to serve advertisements based on prior visits to the Site. The Company is not responsible for any transaction or dealing between you and a third-party advertiser. You may manage ad-related cookie preferences through Google’s advertising settings or through the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out page.

26. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The Company’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding use of the Site and supersede all prior versions.
