How do I receive my tickets?

Most tickets are delivered via mobile delivery to your email address. You'll receive instructions after your purchase is confirmed.

What if my event is cancelled?

If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, contact us at orders@717tix.com for a refund. If an event is postponed, your tickets will be honored for the new date. All sales are otherwise final.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

All sales are final on ticket purchases. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the case of a cancelled event. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
