Jake has been my sole ticket broker for over 15 years and he is absolutely fantastic!  Whether it’s a concert, a Broadway show, World Cup tickets, Comedy, flyers tickets, he is my go to person ALWAYS!!.  He is 100% responsive, honest and incredibly informative regarding which seats are best   depending on the venue.  He gets the tickets to the shows that I am interested in with no hassle and is also a great resource in providing information on which shows are a must see.. When I have had problems accessing things technological ( a me problem) ,  he is always available to support and is THE BEST!  Whenever I have gotten tickets from Jake, they were absolutely great! When another ticket company told us just a week before a concert that the seller wouldn’t honor their agreement, we were devastated — especially since we had promised this experience to our daughters. That’s when Jake, the owner of 717 Tix & Entertainment, stepped in and completely turned things around. Jake immediately leapt into action, searching for the best possible deal and keeping us updated every step of the way. His communication was excellent, his dedication was genuine, and it was clear that he truly cared about making things right for us. Thanks to his hard work and persistence, we ended up with great seats at a great price — and most importantly, we didn’t have to disappoint our daughters. Jake at 717 Tickets is the best!!!  I never thought I could get such great tickets unless I knew somebody that knew somebody or was willing to spend a fortune - but then I found Jake.  I have had incredible seats at incredible prices!  I will go nowhere else but 717  to get the best tickets.
